Backed by proprietary sensor technologies and premium materials from Switzerland, Apera LabSen 823 pH/temp. Electrode is designed for accurate and precise pH measurement of samples in the applications of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, food, and beverage.

Silver Ion Trap Reference System – On top of the Long-Life reference system, a silver ion trap is added to minimize junction clogs caused by proteins and sulfites, significantly extending the service life of the electrode in protein solutions testing.

Protelyte – a tasteless, odorless, and microorganism-safe electrolyte that fully complies with EC Regulation 1935/2004 for safe contact with food products. This makes it an optimal choice for accurate measurements in biotechnology applications, including biological fluids, enzyme solutions, and protein-containing solutions, TRIS buffers, etc. as well as in food and beverage applications e.g. milk, yogurt, jam, sauce, etc.

LabSen S-type hemispherical glass membrane - low resistance and high firmness, rendering fully stabilized readings in 15 to 30 seconds, and is yet 10 times stronger than traditional glass membranes, highly resistant to general impact, eliminating the chance of accidental breakage.

Swiss patented pH/temperature combination structure - increases the temperature response time by 40% compared to a conventional isolated built-in thermistor, accelerating ATC and the stabilization process.

Compatible with all Apera Instruments meters with BNC and RCA connectors such as PH700, PH910, PH9500, PH850, PC8500, and PH820. May NOT work with other brands' meters because the thermistor might be incompatible.
